My name is Kelsey Wyatt
I am a mother, partner, Regenerative Health Practitioner, Reiki II Practitioner, business owner, friend and life long learner. With early childhood trauma, I experienced many setbacks to my own growth and development that continued into adulthood. Despite outward successes, the psychological and physical pain I experienced daily plagued my ability to manifest authentic success and wholeness - until I was able to overcome the very blocks holding me back. Over the last 20 years I have developed the methods below to identify and rise above limiting narratives.
